BOTOX®
During your consultation, Dr. Scott will discuss your treatment goals and determine the best treatment areas for you. The actual injection process usually takes less than 10 minutes. There is minimal recovery time. You should begin to see visible smoothing of your wrinkles and lines within 48-72 hours, with the full effect generally achieved approximately 2 weeks later. Treatment with Botox® may last for a variable amount of time in each individual, but on average can be expected to provide results for 3 months.
Why Botox® at Palm Valley Eye?
Ophthalmologists, like Dr. Scott, were some of the first doctors to use Cosmetic Botox®. Because Dr. Scott has extensive knowledge of the delicate skin, muscles, and tissue around the eye and is an eye surgeon, she can administer injectables like Botox® with exceptional precision. For the patients, that means the most natural results with less risk of poor outcomes.

LATISSE®
Before using Latisse®, it is important that you undergo a full examination with your eye doctor to see if you are a good candidate for the treatment, as some patients may have medical contraindications.
How Latisse® Works
With regular applications along the lash line of the upper eyelid, Latisse® gradually encourages growth of longer, thicker, darker eyelashes. The medication is most effective when used daily for at least two months. When you stop using Latisse® your eyelashes will eventually return to their original appearance.
